Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of MedSpa Intake AI, including the public audit, hosted intake workflows, onboarding surfaces, and operational tooling.
Scope
MedSpa Intake AI is a non-clinical intake and lead-routing product for med spas. It is not a medical device, an EMR, clinical decision support system, or appointment scheduler.
Customer responsibilities
Clinics are responsible for reviewing and approving their intake copy, routing details, and any public-facing information before go-live. Clinics remain responsible for their own clinical, legal, and regulatory obligations.
No clinical advice
The service must not be used to provide diagnosis, treatment advice, medication guidance, or other clinical recommendations.
Billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the selected plan and onboarding fee. Any plan-specific cancellation terms should be reflected in the commercial agreement or checkout flow.
