Methodology

How the audit and intake workflow actually works

The product is built around a simple commercial flow: audit where demand is leaking, review the approved copy, publish the hosted intake layer, route cleaner consult requests, and support reactivation where it makes sense.

1. Audit the public site

The system reviews the clinic website to identify service pages, frequently asked questions, trust signals, calls to action, and likely conversion gaps.

2. Review before go-live

Extracted service and FAQ copy is reviewed before publication so the live intake flow matches the clinic's approved positioning and non-clinical boundaries.

3. Publish the intake layer

A hosted intake experience can then answer approved basic questions, capture qualification details, collect contact data, and request consent for follow-up.

4. Route and log the lead

Each captured request is written as a lead, logged with events, acknowledged to the prospect, and summarized for the clinic team.

5. Reactivate older demand

For clinics using the reactivation workflow, older leads can be imported from CSV and queued into a practical email-based follow-up motion.

Guardrails

MedSpa Intake AI is designed to stay outside diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and other clinical decision-making.

The intake experience is meant for approved non-clinical FAQ, buyer-intent qualification, contact capture, and follow-up routing. Anything clinical, uncertain, or unsafe should escalate to the clinic team.
