MedSpa Intake AI exists to recover inquiries med spas already paid to generate.
Med spas often do not have a traffic problem. They have a handoff problem. MedSpa Intake AI is built to fix that handoff with a branded, non-clinical intake layer that captures intent, qualifies leads, and gives the front desk a cleaner consult request to work with.
Narrow on purpose
This is not a med spa operating system. The product focuses on one problem, stopping paid and website inquiries from going cold before the team can follow up.
Non-clinical by design
The intake layer handles approved basic questions, qualification details, and routing. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical advice.
Fast implementation
The goal is to move from approved onboarding data to a live hosted intake experience quickly, without a heavy integration project.
The current scope includes a public intake leak audit, onboarding review, hosted intake, lead capture and routing, and reactivation support. The goal is practical revenue recovery, not feature sprawl.
